Thanks to all the passersby. @pixies: transmission is very different, almost industrial, yet equally beautiful. It's precisely the versatility of each of their albums that clashes with that definition of "ultraderivativi." Besides, they've also sought out "exotic" influences more decisively compared to the alleged musical references. And even if they were derivative (but I don't consider them such), their quality would overshadow this aspect. In the first link I posted, you can get an idea of some of the instruments used in this album, which are just a part of the roughly 30 string instruments that Martin is capable of playing.
