Fierogrind ... do you vote for yourself with a double 1? You are exceptional!

Don't say it twice, Macaco, especially since my brother-in-law lives right near Olinda. However, my wife is from Mossoró RN. We'll definitely go there in August, but I still don't know how much time off I'll be able to take, unfortunately.

What do I like about Brazil? My wife, above all. And I've been visiting the northeast for years, from Recife to Jericoacoara, and I'm in love with those places.

As usual, the review is well written but a bit too passionate. The album in question is not a masterpiece and, from my point of view, it’s not even the best by the band. I find it too grandiloquent, especially in the choruses. Despite the production limits, the debut album is definitely better from a compositional standpoint. Personally, I even prefer "Room V" and "Tyranny," which are roughly on the same level as this Carved in Stone. 3.5 rounded up to 4.

"I'll join in," of course, that "I'll agree" that slipped out sounds macabre!

I agree with the noose. Great review, I don't know the artist but ... I love Brazil!

Damn! Curse it! You got me! I didn't even have time to mention them... Anyway, this album is stunning and they were truly "ahead" for their time. "Stillborn" is my favorite track. I completely agree with your review. But you deserve a point less for that low blow! :(

Certainly a great album. I wouldn't call it hard rock; perhaps heavy prog is the more accurate term. With folk influences. The result is a style that is not innovative but personal. Congratulations on the review and the refined proposal.

Very nice work, among the best of the minor prog from the seventies. I'm sorry that it's not very well regarded overall, but it's good and right that there's someone on Debaser to give it the recognition it deserves.
