Great Fiero! You are honing your reviewing art; I believe you could even convince Christina Aguilera to listen to this music. But indulge me with a few curiosities: among the instruments used, besides the usual toilet flush, is there also a chainsaw? And are the burps samples or can the guy really burp like that? Because I can also say the alphabet with burps, but I certainly can't compete at these impressive speeds.
Tesla Psychotic Supper
Voto:
Bravo core. The Tesla were definitely among the most unusual hard rock bands of those years, few frills and all substance. I am particularly attached to the first two albums and especially to the acoustic live album, but this Psychotic Supper is also a great work.

Sorry Cornell, it was the most fitting example that came to my mind, unfortunately... just consider that I also love the "old" Cornell. ;D

I've always liked Soto's voice, but apart from the first two albums with Malmsteen, the rest never convinced me. On the other hand, I appreciate those who dare and diversify, so I want to give this album a chance. Hoping it won't turn out to be a wasted effort like what happened to Chris Cornell.

ops, American AOR sound
Fair Warning Go!
Voto:
No, now you've clarified, you are talking about sound and not music. On this, you can count me in agreement. I admit I’m not a big fan of the AOR sound from the late eighties onwards.
Fair Warning Go!

It's an impression that has never even remotely touched me. There isn't even a hint of double bass on this record. The guitar sounds are too clean to take on even the slightest semblance of heavy metal. Moreover, they are certainly less heavy than AOR bands like Bad English or Hardline. I ask myself the following question: are you perhaps getting confused? If instead you tell me that they have a sound that is not very American, we can agree on that.

My proud friend is always welcome! What surprises you bring us: a remarkable jazz background. And I must say that your reviews are always better written. YOU'RE A GRIND! Bye.
