This album is very beautiful and you can feel the influences of the Zeppelin. After all, the producer is John Paul Jones. What a shame, it was among my potential reviews. But I must say that this one does it justice.

Cereal, it seems to me that I responded appropriately to those who wanted to be "funny" about my review. Nothing more. As for the rest, I’m not the keeper of anything; I have my musical tastes, and it's certainly not the Who that are going to change them. Moreover, I don’t think I’m the only one claiming that Zeppelin is the greatest band in the history of rock. What is certain is that they dominated the seventies, in terms of sales and audience attendance. With even the critics raising an eyebrow at the novelty of their sound. It seems I've made myself clear.

Hi Core! I just wanted to drop by to say hello because I don't really know the latest albums you're reviewing. However, your reviews are always worth a read. "A girl band born poor and arrived in the suites of powerful politicians" ... Wonderful!

I have "Vital Signs," what critics define as their best album. I confess I don't like it very much. And that's why I haven't listened to anything else by them. Of course, "Eye of the Tiger" is a great song. It's worth a try. Good review.

Hi Ivo, brilliant review as always. Sooner or later I will have to decide to delve into these musical territories as well. And certainly your words encourage me to do so. Well done!

I've always liked Robert Plant, except for the period after the album I've already mentioned. I saw him live a couple of times with the Strange Sensation, and they were wonderful concerts. I also enjoyed the new versions of the classics. Of course, you can't compare this to his career with Zeppelin, as his vocal style has adapted to the changing possibilities. But it's true that his voice has gained new colors and even greater expressiveness. If we always made judgments based solely on vocal range, no one would listen to Tom Waits or Pink Floyd. We can't stay stuck in the memory of the early Zeppelin. And I've always been a huge fan of the Led Zeppelin. I believe I'm also quite objective, as I haven't appreciated Page's solo career much, apart from the album with Coverdale. Still, it’s known that in the end, it’s a matter of taste. For me, "Pictures at Eleven" is a great work. Mature and melancholic, indeed, because after all, it comes after a disastrous personal period.

@ligdjs: with all due respect for The Who, but Led Zeppelin is a whole different thing... @blech: I agree with you that the true Plant is the one from the early days. But this first solo album is very beautiful; the 5 is actually a 4 and a half. I'm still a devoted fan. I didn't like the subsequent works much until "Fate of Nations," which is another great album. Even the more recent "Dreamland" and "Mighty Rearranger" are very valid. @kosmo: I must confess that the Honeydrippers album doesn't drive me crazy. It's probably not good for me to review it.

Schizoid!!! It's all good, but don't try to make us believe that it isn't a personal attack. I like you, and you know it, but here I have to side with Sonart. ;D

It marks the end of the wonderful album series by Zeppelin. The subsequent "Presence," although featuring some great songs, doesn't reach the same high levels. I can hardly remember listening to such a great double album. For me, the greatest band of all time.
