Al Kooper & Shuggie Otis KOOPER SESSION: Al Kooper introduces Shuggie Otis
Voto:
What a mess I would have made! I thought he had done more than one album with B.S.&T. That doesn’t mean he didn’t play with them, as you may have noticed. And then I know how to recognize my mistakes. Do you really think these are the things to be ashamed of? Freebird, you’ll see that when you come out of your adolescence, you’ll learn to formulate some intelligent thoughts too.

I believe that these comments from freebird already confirm the idea I have of him. He practically hates all Inter fans. As if they have anything to do with the power struggles that are much higher up. I hope he’s just a repressed, acne-prone teenager. And that after some washes with Topexan, he’ll manage to see things differently.

And still, he keeps giving himself high fives. I'm convinced he's even kissing himself in the mirror. Be careful not to get too tongue-tied because there are germs around.

Pierpaolo, if you've read the comments and taken a look at the ratings given to the album, you'll realize that the problem isn't the review itself. It's the reviews of Splinter as a whole. Beyond that, I don't believe "Carved in Stone" is a masterpiece. I love Shadow Gallery, but they've released definitely better albums. However, there is one masterpiece, in my opinion, which is the first album.

You're right, I remembered incorrectly. It's only on their first album, which is still their best.

@core: so we are two with confused ideas, then. ;D But it's nice to vary, music should be experienced fully, without blinkers. I return the virtual handshake.

Interesting. I only know Al Kooper's work with BS&T, and my favorite is definitely the first one. However, I think he is an artist worth exploring further. Well done, good review.
