Well, it's clear that it's a matter of taste... for example, I don't really like "Blood Money," while I think "Lie to Me" is a great ballad. You didn't mention my favorite song from "These Days": "My Guitar Lies Bleeding in My Arms."

My friend, you have to check this out!!! This record YOU MUST listen to. It's quite different from the bands you had in mind. Well, yes, I can read your thoughts! ;D

Yet "These Days" is still an album I like. This "Blaze of Glory," on the other hand, has never convinced me much. I agree about the terrible second part of Bongiovanni's career. For me, the issue isn't so much about having leaned towards a more commercial or mainstream rock, but rather about having completely lost the compass of inspiration. A few nice songs and around it, emptiness. Good review. By the way, "Never say day" would have been a more original title...

So... burp... sorry, I had a heavy meal this evening. Thanks to the esteemed and loyal commentators. No, that wasn't the point; let's start over. I thank my fellow debaserioti for the appreciated comments and I'm not surprised that you already know this album. It’s a gem with a capital G. Progressive in the most ambiguous sense, meaning musical exploration, but only loosely tied to the more traditional patterns of the genre. From my perspective, the five stars are well-deserved. For the variety of the proposal, for the personality of the band that manages to blend multiple styles into an original music, and of course for the quality of the tracks. @GEB: this might be the right album to bring you closer to the genre.

I believe that certain ratings come more from emotional factors than from an impartial judgment. This was and remains a great album. From my perspective, it's not a masterpiece, but certainly, it can't be given just two stars.

Ardalo, how long do we have to wait for a new review from you??? This was a great proposal. The Landberk version of "No More White Horses" (on "Lonely Land") is chilling!!!

A decidedly well-written review. The only note I’d like to give you, if you don't mind (but even if you do), is not to stray too much. This isn’t a classroom assignment. You could have written the same things in 10 lines less. And this might have brought you more comments (or maybe not), or perhaps it would have simply allowed ME to read it during the day. Even though my initial thought was to give you a 4, let’s go with a 5 for encouragement. Well done! P.S. I really know little about the Phish, and maybe one day I'll find the time to delve deeper.

I also remembered it was the password, but it turned out to be the name of the word processor...
