Pier: what can I say, you hit the nail on the head with the Rush discussion. I love their '70s period (but I also include Permanent Waves and the superb Moving Pictures). I also adore their disciples and fellow countrymen, Triumph. I don't generally share the view on the tedium of concept albums, but the ones you mentioned do indeed evoke the same feeling in me. It's not the right time, but I'll take note of your recommendations.
