I won't rate it because it's as didactic as few. I've never liked the "studio" production on the album, which didn't do justice to Hendrix's powerful sound (the most powerful of the time). Just listen to Monterey to understand what I mean. :) However, if you don't give a 5 to this, what do you give it?

Yes, but you don't understand. They are tracks not present on the album, help me understand what they are since Drake is among my favorite storytellers. Then this excuse of "I talk about the music"... It's a review and you have to give at least the minimum information, the music and also the context, which is even more important in a review (otherwise it sounds bad, I'll rewrite it better at most).
