"We all live with our ghosts and our fears that we always tend to ignore instead of facing them" - moreover, it's also grammatically incorrect as a "sentence" since for the sake of minimally correct Italian, it should be "ignorare invece di affrontare" (the "di" is better than "che" after "invece", in my opinion..) - as for the film, it's not much, and the "surprise" ending, as already pointed out by someone, is not exactly original or unprecedented (can I cite "Jacob's Ladder" in this regard?)
