if it’s them, maybe they are a bit too OLD STYLE. With this old style business, thrash continues to permeate in a stagnant condition, it seems like there’s no way out. That's why the more time passes, the more I appreciate bands like Opeth, Meshuggah, Testament, Ufomammut, etc.... at least they have tried to impose a change by experimenting and without falling into the ridiculousness of the old style that teenage handbangers with Iron Maiden t-shirts love so much...... MAYBE I’m biased, I haven't had the pleasure of “listening” to the band, but I can tell you that when it comes to OLD STYLE REVISITED AND UPDATED WITH WELL-DONE ARRANGEMENTS, I immediately think of Toxic Holocaust and Mantic Ritual............Best regards.

THE EXPERT: I am a strength coach....(Here THE EXPERT is me)... educate yourself on HIIT + power training with explosive execution using weights to improve strength levels. The type of training you do (well done) is still a good workout to stay in shape, but over time it will lead the body to a condition of "homeostasis" (the body gets used to it), as you will need to increase the intensity or the effort put in. So, one variation I suggest is to reduce the time it takes to complete 15 km and/or decrease the rest time between push-ups and pull-ups or increase the number of sets or repetitions. However, over time, you will still need a greater training load (an extrinsic factor) beyond just body weight to improve. Roy Jones Jr., a legendary boxer, benches 200 kg for 1 repetition, and Ben Johnson, at a body weight of 78 kg, benched 191 kg - PS: if I may give you some advice, you don’t need to train your abs with 40 reps; 3 or 4 sets of 15 repetitions or even fewer would suffice. Instead, try increasing the external load by placing it on your chest. The abdominals are fascia muscles and therefore play a role in both stabilization and control in movements and protection............. NB: I do Powerlifting, which is quite different from BB, but I am still passionate about it......
