X is there, do you like Stevie Ray Vaughan? For me, he’s the greatest after Hendrix! What do you think?

Dear Amicone Antonio, you really know how to spin things, and you do it quite well. I'm not the one who promised to have no communication with you; it was you who said you had no intention of wasting your time with me. I said I wouldn't comment on your reviews anymore, and this isn't one of your reviews, am I wrong? And then stop talking about others, claiming that others have offended me; I have no record of that. If that's the case, name names, and stop filling your mouth with false, hypocritical, and arrogant phrases. You started your comment on my review saying, "I have no words," and then you went on to say quite a lot, all of which, by the way, is false, as per your usual. You complained about the hornet's nest on the review of The Betrothed, when you yourself contributed to it with several comments, more than mine if I'm not mistaken, and certainly not any smarter (what consistency!). You accused me of pontificating when you know full well that that's your specialty. You said you're not angry with me and that I haven't done anything wrong to you, and then you called me a fool and an idiot. So, you use those terms entirely arbitrarily and without justification? I didn’t provoke you, dear Antonio; it’s you who gets upset for no reason. You like to turn the tables, but the reality is this. In the end, probably, as much as I sometimes try to write nonsensical things, I will never reach the level of your idiocies. You are the liar because mine are just jokes that annoy no one, while you try to pass off falsehoods as truths. You act like a serious individual; if you are serious, then tell me who has offended me! Name names! You are someone who behaves with arrogant and presumptuous actions, someone who wants to moralize to others but can't do it for yourself. The donkey calling the ox a jackass—that's what you are, dear Antonio. And by the way, no matter how irritating you think you can become, you don't put anyone to shame, not even a four-year-old girl. I chose not to comment on your reviews anymore; that was my choice because I realized you're someone with problems, and I don't want to bother you at all. But this is not your review, and if you didn't want anyone to mention your name in vain here on Debaser, you should have chosen another nickname. This is not Your Site, dear Antonio, so stop whining. And if my comments on your reviews bothered you, why didn't you tell me right away instead of waiting for me to make it my own? After your complaints, I haven’t commented on your reviews again, and I’ve kept my word, and I intend to keep it because beyond the nonsense, I respect the rules. Try to respect them too, once in a while.

Good Antonio suffers from Mirror Syndrome, blaming others for his own faults. He calls me a fool and a jerk, and then comes out saying that it’s others who offend him... who knows!

When John wrote the first draft of Ramble Tamble and let me hear it, he asked me... what do you think, is it good like this? I replied that it was a bit short and that I could really see a long instrumental jam in the middle, with a slightly melancholic flavor, but not too much, something evocative, but not over the top. John listened to me and wrote one of the most beautiful instrumental guitar sections in the history of rock. John trusted me, and I had no doubts about his talent; this shows that when you work with mutual trust, you achieve great results.

Hail to you, avenger! I was just watching a video on YouTube, with Jeff Beck and Stevie Ray Vaughan playing together, HOW ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Also, SRV is a tremendous talent, the most worthy heir of Hendrix; too bad he also left us so soon.

Yes, yes, yes. That's how it's done. Nice recession. But I know Jeff Beck only a little, to tell the truth. I spoke to him just once in New Orleans, in '76, and then we never met again in person, so I didn't have the chance to get to know him better. But as a guitarist, he holds a respected place among the greats; even B.B. King, my great friend since elementary school, always said that Beck is unique, he has his own style, impossible to imitate. And if my friend B.B. (that's what we call him in our little group of friends) said it, you can bet it's true.
