Franci, calm down, I didn't say it with malice or anything (in fact, I liked it); I only said this because the central paragraph (where you describe all the bad luck they've had) and the last line ("bad luck has a new charm") seemed a bit mocking to me. The fact that I understood your intentions doesn’t change the fact that they seemed "mocking". Take it easy, okay? I even gave you a nice 4 for approval. I didn’t come to tell you, “Sure, but Zappa is definitely better” like you've experienced recently! (This is an ironic joke, don’t be sensitive!)

The review could have been clearer and more explanatory, but well done nonetheless.

I round up and note with disappointment that they've stolen my honor of the first comment.

The opening quote by Pavese is a touch of great class, even though the review loses some of its charm as I go on, to the point that I'm not particularly intrigued by the album (and the review seems somewhat mocking at times, but who knows). If I get the chance, I'll listen to it.

Look, maybe for those who listen to political songs it will be a masterpiece, but it's an album that gets tiresome and is definitely musically inferior to the albums from "l'apprendista" onwards... This and "macchina maccheronica (1980)", in my opinion, are intermediate steps towards the more mature and solid album "al volo (1982)", where the folk element disappears in favor of electronics (in the earlier ones, instead, there are various hybrids, as well as stylistic exercises that somewhat disorganize the whole). I think you should listen to all three (maybe starting with "al volo", if you don't like the more folk sounds), because, although they follow a common thread, they are quite heterogeneous.

You confused me in the end.

"A tram ticket," however, we can say is musically inferior to "The Apprentice" and its successors; from here begins a sonic exploration that brushes aside political chants.

Damn, but no one is commenting on the stormy six?! What a disgrace for Debaser!
Great review, quick, clear, and precise. Just the other day I was considering writing one on this or on "Macchina maccheronica" (which I prefer), since there are none on Debaser (ah!).
