Lady Gaga Born This Way
Voto:
I have my own little theory (I don’t read the reviews, the album doesn’t interest me): in my opinion, LadyGodiva is quite a cunning one. She probably thinks her music is pretty awful too. But she’s gotta pay the bills. I would say that after this and a third lousy album, aka when she’s full of money up to her ears, she’ll release an absolutely killer album. Because I can’t believe that a piano graduate who has written songs for the music biz all over America, even of Italian descent, can’t come up with more sophisticated music. I mean, just listen to how she transforms her piano and voice pieces. This little lady has talent, while Madonna is just fading away (she had to sleep with half of N.Y. to get one damn single, and she can't play a note). But if we want to talk about refined throwaway pop, I always think of Lily Allen and Sia Furler.

"Running Water"...the guest in question (whom I don’t know)...well, I strongly recommend you listen to the works of Diego Mancino and see him live if you get the chance.

I can't count the times I've seen him live. Italian music has some stunning and incredibly talented forty-year-olds (Benvegnù, Parente, Moltheni-ora-Pineda, Giovanardi, MAncino). Obviously, all of them are too underrated. I still don't have this album.

@Bartolo: I have always preferred "the 5 from the fifth floor" at College.

Excuse me, I don't know, but are you saying that this stuff is better than Casa Vianello?
Nanni Moretti Habemus Papam

It didn’t leave me anything. There’s really not much laughing. And even less reflecting. Too many things going on and not enough time to develop it all. Interesting directorial choices, but I find that the silences of Piccoli (great) conveyed more than the words of Moretti. It’s not so simple to put into practice the lesson from the Koreans.
