Thank you for the catch, Gustav.. I adore EBTG and I miss them quite a bit.. this album is timeless but later they even surpassed themselves (with Language of Life for example). The comparisons with other vocalists, in my opinion, are a bit shaky.. maybe only Beth Gibbons can compete with Tracey. I also really like Ben on the mic. And then, what lyrics!. Keep an eye on Tracey's latest work, Out of the Woods: really beautiful.

@BLACKDOG: haha I expected someone to corner me on PioggiaViola VS AmoreSessoso. I expressed myself (almost) poorly. When I bought them, no more than a month ago, I had super high expectations for the first and moderate ones for the second. I was impressed by the second. PioggiaViola feels too far away for me, even in terms of sound. AmoreSessoso, on the other hand, has an insane freshness despite the 20 years that have passed. Blackdog, I respect you but on a gut level, everything remains the same. Although that guitar phrasing halfway through Triste-Calcolatore is a blast... p.s. this Christmas is the most beautiful one yet with OneNiteAloneLIVE on my gramophone... peace to all!

I think I have this album but I didn't appreciate it.. at 22 I don't think I was ready for things like that. I was getting closer to it though.. so you've given me the idea for a little review.. we'll catch up in January.. best wishes to everyone. ps.
