@NOSEBLEED: it’s true that for two-thirds of my life, I've mostly listened to female music, meaning I've always been more interested in "what is being said" rather than "how." I’ve changed a bit now, but my affection for some of my "muses" remains unchanged.

I, on the other hand, know him and I don't like him at all. But I've heard and seen very little, so I'm not voting.

Thank you all for stopping by. @Psychopatha: don't think too much about the proposal :) just listen, okay! ;) "Time to kill" is just as great as "Sing & dance" (@:HAL). Really, for those who like the genre, every choice is still commendable. @BARTELEBOOM: you're right, I flaked on you. I'm busy with the new CD from the band. (where do we want to get to? who knows) but we'll manage to get together.

What a sadness! I would have let the stage to the millions of little bands that play out of true passion and not to those here who live off the legends of the pianists from across the ocean. How many years has it been since they proposed something new?

Valentina sleeps, they are very good. Lyrically, they are very intense. Unfortunately, the singer's voice doesn't "cut through." I believe this is the issue with their being perpetually niche. Ultimately, good, although a tad below Amor Fou and Moltheni. Thank you for the suggestion.

Battiato has never excited me. Especially from a lyrical standpoint, for the 20-30 songs I know, I can say that I’ve always found a lot of embellishment/language tricks and very little "sincere" poetry. Recently, he seems to pop up in any album. However, he was a great experimenter and a remarkable melodist. Of course, in my opinion.
