More or less, I agree with the definition given to Mark Lanegan. Absolutely one of my favorites (it’s a close call with Lou Reed...). I’m well-acquainted with the previous album born from the collaboration between the Soulsavers and Mark Lanegan, but I haven't listened to this one yet. Many of you might turn up your noses, or more banally and democratically disagree, but good old Lanegan hasn’t gifted us with masterpieces since his last solo effort (Bubblegum, 2004).
