oh my God Brighton Rock!

For me, it’s not that bad; of course, it is indeed poorly put together, too many cuts, too short. With the material available, it could have been done much, much better. However, when I listen to it, I have to say that it flows well, without becoming tiring. After all, even Live at Leeds by The Who, in its original form, was just a summary of the actual live set, just like Made in Europe by Deep Purple, Band of Gypsies by Hendrix, and so on. In short, this is not the first or the last of ā€œeditedā€ live albums, although breaking up Bohemian Rhapsody that way was a real mess. I agree that it was a commercial trick. But I repeat, it is still listenable, so I think a 3 is fair. The important thing to know is that a real Queen concert was something else.

Well, it's better to copy the right sentences than to shoot original nonsense.

Dude, how does Kirk Hammett look in that photo? He seems like a total nerdy high school weirdo!
Marco Masini Marco Masini
Voto:
"The beauty of Masini is that he was sincere; if he wanted to tell you to f*** off, he did it outright in the whole song, clearly. Others, like Gianluca Grignani, are more sneaky because if they wish something bad upon you, they disguise it with 'Destinazione Paradiso' (but you still have to die, though)." Anyway, those are some funny things I heard on YouTube, a show by Carmine Faraco, the man of the pkkè!

Okay MOCAMPO, I’m not trying to change your mind, but at this point, I'm unclear about what you mean by a great live band from a musical perspective and why Queen wouldn't qualify. I should mention that I’ve never really been thrilled by show-offs who play hyper-fast with super technique on stage; sure, they are impressive at first glance, but then they tire me out. For me, it’s much better when someone can entertain, amuse, and emotionally transport the audience, while still playing well—not poorly, but not necessarily relying on technical flashiness and baroque flourishes for their own sake. However, if these are the characteristics that matter to you, that’s fine; those are your tastes, and they don’t bother me at all. Or maybe you like those who love to experiment and present their music in always different ways with originality and genius ideas—I’m not sure. But your ideas are your ideas, so that's fine. ;-)
AC/DC Back in Black

After an absolute masterpiece like Highway to Hell, it was hard to replicate their success, but they managed to do it. The purest essence of rock.

I'm only sorry that in the remastered version the cover was slightly changed; for me, that white writing on the black background shouldn't have been touched. Oh well, luckily I have the old CD. The review is not so nice.
The Jimi Hendrix Experience Live At Monterey
Voto:
Yes, indeed that show was a true turning point in the world of rock and laid the groundwork for much of the music that would come afterward. For me, hard rock was born at that precise moment; although Hendrix can't be classified as an hard rock musician, the versions of Purple Haze and Wild Thing performed here are the very first examples of hard rock. Everything I listen to, all the music I love starts from this concert.
