Well, let's just say that with ZZ Top you're safe until "Fandango," after that they haven't hit the mark again (excluding the last gasp of "Eliminator").

Great review, but I'd take it easy with the rating; after all, this is a carbon copy (not even very successful) of the previous "1987": that one truly is the manifesto of '80s hard rock, one of a kind.

Only 3 miserable comments for Oldfield? This crazy stroke of genius might not be it, but I find "Discovery" very well done with quite unexpected melodies; and then there’s Phillips on drums!
