Personally, a step forward compared to the previous ones, and still lots to enjoy. Wilson has many souls and sometimes you get lost, and you can spend hours lost in him. We need more of this.

I don't see all this commercial nonsense. For a year now, we've been listening to the tracks released from this album, a gift to the fans really, and those who wanted to, myself included, rushed to buy the physical copy. I don't understand the scandal, or I'm missing something. It won't be news that Gabriel knows a thing or two about marketing, but he's no worse than others. As for the album, no disappointment; it's exactly what I expected and consistent with his recent work. Between Bright and Dark, I also prefer Bright; it seems more lively musically to me, but I'll need more listens for a final judgment.

The last purchase dates back over 20 years ago. For a while now, it seems to me, and not just him, that albums are being churned out to break some record or for reasons that aren't clear. I sincerely respect him, but enough already.
