@DEBROOMBADVIEW I just wanted to thank you for the comment and share my joy in finding someone else who knows this beautiful work. And if you also have the vinyls, you're really a legend!

@Eliodoro: I didn't even notice, but know that I've been living in Brazil for five years, and it's spelled just like that in Portuguese. @BIANCOENERO: the magazine "Musiche" was published until 1997; I can't recall the exact year of the first issue because I've left my copies in the safe keeping of my mother in Italy. It was a brave publication of distinctly different music, gathering that hidden world of artists who survived prog, RIO, improvisers, experimenters, etc., etc. It was thanks to it that I discovered artists like Robert Wyatt, John Zorn, and Henry Cow, to name a few of the most famous. Interestingly, "Musiche" supported a rich music catalog called "Megatalogo" from Sarzana (La Spezia). I am from Friuli, but even in these circumstances, the Ligurians have shown their love for good music, or am I wrong?

You have overlooked one aspect of the cd/vinyl issue: money... How many euros do you need to buy a system to appreciate vinyl sound? I have also been an audiophile-dreamer (that is, without much money) and in the end, sound is a pleasure but it doesn't really serve much of a purpose. What moves us is the essence of music, isn’t it?

More than criticizing the form of your review, I would like to focus on the content of your reflections regarding solitude. It is undoubtedly negative when forced and imposed from the outside as a social condition or pure discrimination, but it is extremely positive when desired. It is in solitude that we turn to GOD or reflect on our existence, and if we then feel distressed because we cannot find the answers, it is because we do not put in enough effort. You then say, "The only solution seems to be to equip oneself with thousands of things to do, appointments, interpersonal relationships..." In reality, this is not a solution but an escape, and this is what the biopolitical system thrives on. For example, it tells you not to be alone listening to the wind in a field but to go among a crowd in a supermarket, or to think about your profession even while you sleep. I recommend listening to "L'elogio alla solitudine" by Fabrizio de André. I am also aware that listening to something like this might not have led you to positive reflections, but you cannot generalize like that. Nevertheless, I did not dislike the review, and you managed to stimulate an interesting debate. Bye!!
