Curiosity: in this film my former Capoeira Angola Master Mestre João Grande makes a tiny appearance. You probably won't care, but for me it was exciting.

This film was shown by my teacher in middle school, and to complete it, he had us read "Un anno sull'altipiano" by Emilio Lussu, what a long time, damn it!

Thank you Matteo, I know the artists, but not all the albums listed. I will definitely keep Moreira, Scofield, Clarke, and Stern in mind.

Sound distinctly metal with precise and clean tones, resulting from excellent production, the style can be described as a perfect emulsion of metal, math-rock, progressive, and electronic. The rhythm sometimes tends to play ahead, creating a feeling of forward movement in the listener and conveying a certain aggressiveness and dynamism. Stuff for show-offs, I like it a lot.

Bartok going to a Jack Johnson concert! What a strange world ;)

There was a phase in my musical journey when I tried to get closer to fusion; I particularly remember a GRP compilation and Vital Information. But not finding it quite to my taste, I dedicated myself to other things; "smooth jazz" is certainly not for me. However, I would be very interested if you could recommend some experimental fusion albums. Thank you.

I have beautiful memories of "Mathis Der Mahler" on cassette, but I've never gone beyond that; is it time to do so?

I read an interesting interview with him where he discussed the concept of self-feedback in improvisation. Unfortunately, I never bought one of his CDs; it wasn't yet the time for downloads. I'm happy now that you are both on Debaser, you and Evan.
