Rating of the review rounded up. First of all, I wouldn’t call Raymond’s voice "distorted"; it’s not yet 'robotic' like in Musique or Assembly. It’s more of a subdued, whispered singing. It gives an impression far from "robotic". Another thing: the lyrics are not in "archaic" English (properly called Old English or Anglo-Saxon), but are more of a mixture between Middle English and Contemporary English (Anglo-Saxon is veerrry different; it still has several bits from the Germanic languages that have been forgotten...blame the French! XD). I’m looking forward to the new album, where Raymond growls again! ^^ [obviously, I’m not expecting much; the good times are long gone...]

@GEB: I listened a bit to "Fear Is On Our Side"...not bad. I need to listen to it more carefully to get a clearer idea, but it seems interesting. Definitely more than these White Lies, which instead bored me.

@GEB: ok, I’ll give it a try... anyway, the only bands I listen to in this genre are Interpol and Editors, I'm sensitive about these things :) I’ll let you know.
