Seen. A film that scribbles a bit on all three Aristotelian units, especially that of time. As Memento Mori says, the comparison with Matrix is non-existent, given that here everything is practically explained (it’s explained, but that doesn’t mean it’s understood, considering the tangled web of semiotics scattered here and there, not always graspable). Fewer shootouts and more investigation into the unconscious would have made it a great film. Nevertheless, very beautiful.

I mean, my dear brother, I'm also a detractor: Matrix takes bits and pieces from Ghost in the Shell and Gibson, but as a cyber-film adaptation, it was really ahead of its time... if you don't watch films more than once (and Matrix should be watched at least three times), you don’t really get them.

Film of opposites and excesses but above all of extreme originality. Sette note in nero (which starts with the fall from the cliff mancaffarloapposta) despite this didn't grab me too much, whereas regarding Paesaggi desolati, tattered, filled with country folk too reluctant to face modernity, you should definitely watch 'La casa dalle finestre che ridono,' truly terrifying ;)
