I agree on this: the choice of tracks is important, especially for ultra-famous artists (for whom, perhaps, four identical best-of albums are released). Here, we should ask ourselves whether it’s necessary to review a best-of and, above all, for what purpose. Those who know nothing might want to learn something more detailed and specific; those who already know, precisely because they already know, are not interested.
