Of course they heard it! Everyone heard it, he was screaming as if he was being skinned alive. Truly pitiful/funny. But Cave must be used to worse... and then, apparently, there was a hot girl in the front row who even got a dedication for a song, so she’ll have a nice memory of the Venaria crowd, I hope :D

Here's also this thing about the thank you, it’s not necessary to thank every time for every song. You get your hopes up thinking it’s over, and then another song starts. It was torture. From where we were, all we could hear was the bass, which played the same note throughout the entire concert. So annoying!! And then all those songs were the same. Everyone around us was pretty puzzled. But Hard, did you hear that crazy, drugged-out guy screaming behind us? The one who yelled "Pisellò!!" whenever Cave spoke? (It was meant to be a Peace and love, but it sounded like something else). That guy was legendary, he was jumping in place like a madman all night, talking to himself, shouting lyrics only he knew, arguing with passersby without even noticing… bah :D
