@47: hehe, you've asked me a great question. The availability of the Big Time film has always been quite a problem, especially since it's almost a concept where Waits is both on stage singing and playing the role of Frank (does Frank Wild Years ring a bell? ;) So, it was released on cassette and I've watched it several times. It was printed on DVD in 2001, but I've never seen it. Maybe it never made it to Italy. Anyway, if you take a look online, you'll find plenty of good folks who have uploaded their copies. Technically, it wasn't the first, because I had bought Asylum Years before, but this is the first real Tom album I listened to. I still remember that the day I bought it, the shop owner, ecstatic, decided to give me a discount just because I picked that record. :D
