But it looks like one of those paintings they put in pizzerias! :D I didn’t compare this painting to any other; I just said I find it really... mmm... ugly! :D I don’t see anything in it; it doesn’t say anything to me, I find nothing in it. It’s not that a painting has to represent some great event, but damn, it’s art; it has to be communicative, it has to say something, it has to evoke a feeling. All I see is a well-painted mountain, snow, and the sky. That’s it. Taking away the technique, to me, it’s the same as a drawing from my 6-year-old cousin.

I don't like it at all either; it reminds me of those paintings sold at local fairs. Or rather, I'm sure there's more technique here, the gradients, the four colors and similar things, but I only see that, nothing more. "Maybe watch this Randazzo paint live and you'll understand his real abilities." I can tell you that the Dream Theater came to mind. :D
