The original with Schwarzy was really a nice sci-fi movie, not too cliché; however, I avoided this one as it didn’t inspire me from the start. I feared, as practically everyone confirms, that in the remake they had simply decided to push to the max on the bombastic/ignorant side, turning it into a trivial action film.
