God, what an album and what a band! I saw them live during the tour for this album, they were a powerhouse!! Page Hamilton is one of the greatest riff makers I've ever seen. Even though I personally rate their first work, Strap It On, a step above this...

Since the 70s, it has produced 4 absolute masterpieces, among the most beautiful albums that Italy remembers. These are Il Giorno Aveva 5 Teste, Com'è Profondo Il Mare, and the self-titled one from '79... Then it completely lost its mind, dragging on to the present day with steaming piles of crap everywhere.

Great review. The album did not impress me much; from here on, in my opinion, starts the declining phase of Primus, after masterpieces like Frizzle Fry and especially Sailing The Seas Of Cheese.
