Enter Shikari Common Dreads

I really wish I liked Enter Shikari, but unfortunately I just can't... I try, but I can't. Oh well.
Tim Burton Mars Attacks!
Voto:
A review that could have been much better. A brilliant film that I rate 4 instead of 5 only because Burton has done even better, and NOT because this is a lesser Burton (on the contrary, it is among his masterpieces).
Robert Mapplethorpe Patti Smith, 1976

Genius artist, genius work. And great review!
Elio Veltri Marco Travaglio L'Odore Dei Soldi

I read only the parts in bold, and that was more than enough for me.
Haruki Murakami Noruwei No Mori (Norwegian Wood-Tokyo Blues)
Voto:
As promised in comment #9, I read it again: it's brilliant. So brilliant that I wanted to write a review about it, but since there’s already this one, which is more than sufficient, I will limit myself to writing it on aNobii.
Gigi D'Agostino Lento Violento

@sexyajax: well, look, the important thing is that you like it for your own personal taste. However, as with all arts, you have to admit that there is a discrepancy between subjective taste and objective value: how many stars does the objective value of this CD hold?
Michelangelo Buonarroti Pietà Rondanini
Voto:
Beautiful review, a bit encyclopedic, but beautiful. I have a note to make: "the anticlassical language of the Pietà Rondanini may almost surprise"... anticlassical? You mean ultraclassical! Look at the pose of Christ, it’s a perfect chiasm. Let’s be careful not to confuse form with substance: the "unfinished" is a great expressive idea, but nonetheless applied to a solid and well-tested foundation.
