I don't love this artist and I don't care (to rephrase: I only know his most famous hits, so my knowledge about him is quite superficial), but I have to say this page of personal diary struck me, a bit naive if we want, but still honest and passionate and clearly born from your love for his music. You even made me want to listen to Concato, incredible.

Thank you for pointing out this review of yours, I can’t wait to go see the movie and when I’ve seen it I’ll come back here for comments!

In the meantime, years ago I wrote this review for an illustrated volume on Elvis Presley: Elvis: That's (Not) All Right - Dimensione Fumetto There I define the singer as "both incendiary and firefighter, revolutionary and reactionary, positive and negative role model, all at once." I still believe in this: Elvis's contradictions are one of his strengths. I'm sure he would have voted Republican, and yet he was more progressive than many Democrats.

The record label is called Pipshow, which is obviously a play on her last name (which is only funny if you're under ten) and "peep show." She is a singer of excellent quality who doesn’t always hit the mark, but the diversity of her journey is commendable. The song isn’t among her best, but it’s absolutely decent within the mainstream landscape, and frankly, there’s very little to criticize or laugh about.
