Franz Ferdinand Always Ascending
Voto:
Clear and comprehensive review, well done. Album by a band I love that left me a bit disoriented due to the shift in direction (though it was sporadically announced here and there, like in the supreme masterpiece "Lucid Dreams" from "Tonight") and even more disoriented by the change in lineup. We are still talking about one of the best bands currently active in the world, though.
Paolo Virzì Ella & John
Voto:
Virzì is my favorite active Italian director; I believe he has given us some gems and has an extraordinary way of blending tragedy and farce. Even before, I couldn't wait to see him, and now I am even more eager.
Kylie Minogue DANCING

Heard the song: but where's the country? Just because there's a solo acoustic guitar doesn't mean it's automatically country, you know.
Kylie Minogue DANCING
Voto:
But why do you have to humiliate Kylie Minogue like this every time? Isn't she perhaps the best and cleanest person in the entire pop music industry, releasing truly dignified albums, admired and respected by top artists… and then you come in with these reviews that make her lose face?
Lucio Dalla Come è profondo il mare (Legacy Edition)
Voto:
Probably Dalla's masterpiece, although I am more attached to "1983." The title track, a masterpiece that brings tears to my eyes every time I listen to it, is the song that led me down the same path as the reviewer, shifting from De André's intellectual songwriting to Dalla's popular style. Excellent review.
P.S.: "released LAST week," please.
Morrissey Low In High School

Absolutely agree on the underestimation of "Ringleader of the Tormentors," I love EVERYTHING about that album. As for this album, however, on the third listen, the impression is that this time the prominence of the lyrics is devouring the music even more voraciously than usual. I keep listening.

At first listen, it seemed wonderful to me; from the third listen onward, it was nice. The singles, however, are still very good, especially "Up All Night."
The Beatles The Beatles

After the review of "Abbey Road" by @[GabrieleDiSiena] and this one, I believe it's time to inhibit reviews of the Beatles from those who don't understand them and can't really listen to them.
The Beatles Abbey Road

I also discovered the Beatles at 15, and it was with "Abbey Road" that I was completely overwhelmed. I want to give you the benefit of the doubt: maybe you just didn't understand this album. Try listening to it again in one, five, ten years, and you'll get it. P.S.: "Her Majesty" is a masterpiece.
