Gabriele Mainetti Freaks Out

Hi Ale, your trademark review, very debaser-like. I think I’m going to happily skip the movie because the director’s poetics make me sick. I mean, I really think he should just go to Bollywood, stop bothering us here because, for me, it’s the worst thing that’s come out in recent years. Really, did people in Italy just wait for this kind of Marvel knock-off from Garbatella? What do we care about the Chilean when we have Jeeg robot?

The problem, you know what it is? That reviews like this for free albums, to me, make little sense. But let's set aside this review and take the one on Archie Shepp from some time ago. The body of the text would work just as well for an album by Cecil Taylor, O. Coleman, Joe Henderson—just insert the name you like. When this happens, isn't it a problem? I'm saying this without wanting to make a fuss, because to complain on the site you need time, and I don't have any; in fact, I don't even have the desire because you’re a user I respect. Then maybe there’s some inside joke, an intimate conversation among the usual debaser commentators that I can't grasp (in this case, I risk looking like a fool, as we say in my parts), since due to force majeure I occasionally roam the site on alternate days. In that case, let it be clear, I’ll keep quiet and step back. I'm just asking out of curiosity and without polemical intent, also because I see that the problem is almost exclusively mine and your pages, as well as others still on the homepage, are full of five stars and compliments to the reviewer.

Mmmh I'll come back later for a complete and sensible comment, if work gives me a break. What I've skimmed through so far I like.

Miraculously, I convinced my better half to see the afternoon show yesterday. Madó, I wasn't really in the mood; I had only had a couple of Unicum to digest lunch, but I loved it to bits. Slowness, visionary landscapes, surrealism at its peak. Everything was beautiful. Thinking about it, there was something that bothered me, like the combat with effects in Sonic style (the video game). But those are just accessory elements that don't affect my judgment of the film. If the soundtrack doesn't win the Oscar, it will only be because THEY wanted it that way.

Nothing, in the coming weeks we will have only one movie night available, because I have to take the little girl to her grandparents. I already know my partner will win with her damn Sorrentino, but I want to see this. This. This.

Beautiful review, as always. You're a safe bet. I should go see the movie as soon as possible, as soon as I can.

The computer graphics used in music videos at the end of the nineties were truly atrocious. Especially in Italy, everything was done really poorly. Just like in the fantastic video linked. Good review but the reviewed object is bland.

The nintendocore genre knocked me out, and I’m still trying to recover. Nintendocore would be an evolution of the Gameboy-punk from Orange County in the early nineties, right?

Long as the periods I spend in the bathroom when I overdo it with Uncle Franco's prickly pears, punctuation in the experimental style of Augusto Monterroso. In short, beyond the reviewed subject that I couldn't care less about, it's a blast.
