It was necessary, absolutely yes. It’s better that abroad they know who Italians are and why Berlusconi has been in power uninterrupted for many years (15? 30? I couldn’t quantify them) and in the end, it’s always better to repeat those things that seem obvious but aren’t. It will serve as a message of degradation that afflicts us, perhaps helping those abroad to understand the Berlusconi anomaly (for them it’s an anomaly, for us it’s a direct consequence of the cultural disaster we wanted). I wonder what the most hidden evil you’re talking about is, especially since I can’t understand it. A fabulous documentary, it was absolutely needed. P.S. This is the comment from Gad Lerner, whom I honestly agree with wholeheartedly: "Not bad ‘Videocracy’ in theaters. Highly recommended, especially for those under thirty who were born into it."

He's really good, he truly deserves it. Congratulations on your 200 reviews!

The Modena had stopped saying anything (both musically and lyrically) after the first two albums, except for the occasional song. Today, I can't find any reason to listen to them, especially since Cisco had left.

And me too, well done!

An evocative record, without a doubt. A beautiful way to close an immense decade for Battiato, then in the '90s it will be another story (with moments that are nonetheless fascinating).

Well done, great job. I listened to the samples and there's something strange about them that really draws me in.

I dare myself permission to ask you if you are going to vote and validate the ballot. Honestly, I believe that everyone should decide for themselves based on what they consider right; it is hypocritical not to believe in voting and then do it because afterwards you regret that others decide in your place. After all, even if you vote and make a decision, it's not like you ultimately decide; power and freedom are not in your hands. You have sold them off, especially the latter.

@Primiballi, I disagree with you. The League does not have a foolish electorate; it simply taps into the worst instincts of Italians (in fact, those instincts that Papi doesn’t cater to). They will never feel taken for a ride; in fact, they are gaining more and more consensus and are as frightening now as ever. It is a disturbing political force. With normal social outcomes, they won't understand the scam, just like the people before (70 years ago) needed to starve to death to understand (and unfortunately, they easily repressed) what fascism was. The dwarf wins because it’s the Italians who want him; they love him and see him as the savior. Not because of the opposition; even if there were a serious party on the other side, Berluska would still win. @Larrok, "Those who stay home I don't count because they have decided of their own free will to let others decide," I disagree. I stayed home; in truth, I voided my ballot, and I did it because I don't believe in the voting system, not because I let others decide for me. I refused a "right" of mine, and I feel at peace with my conscience. I don't believe in democracy.
