Surely among the Italian live performances I prefer—and there aren't many!—there's a roundness and harmony that very few concert recordings manage to deliver to the listener.

Well, really congratulations on the writing, I didn’t know about this book which will definitely be among my next reads!

@FRANCI!: that is the scan of the entrance ticket, probably TV S&C was contributing to the sponsorship of the tour....
I added some samples, just to give you a taste of some arrangements...

@FRANCI!: do you think that TV sorrisi e canzoni could release a bootleg, just imagine...? Anyway, there are many recordings from that tour out there, but none of them are official, and as you mentioned, the setlist and dialogues are practically the same... Let's say that the almost obsessive precision that De André put into his work did not quite align with improvisation... and perhaps that was a shame at times.

"What would I have seen of the world without this light that illuminates my dark thoughts"... extraordinary! The live performance in question is fully included in "Battiato Live Collection" along with the equally beautiful "Unprotected"... but it's better to get the respective originals.

I'm glad someone finally talked about it: well done!... I bought this album and it was definitely one of the best purchases of last year. Wait for the nice season that is just around the corner (autumn).. and then let yourself be embraced by these songs..

With all good intentions, it's hard to argue that the general was conceived during a storm, nor by a storm... Anyway, since you mentioned Wikipedia, try reading this: Massacro di Sand Creek - Wikipedia

Paraphrasing a passage from the album, this review undoubtedly serves as a wonderful invitation to listen to the work... and consequently to postpone a hypothetical suicide... well done Silla!

@Grasshoper: I completely agree with you regarding Ovunque proteggi, here I would say that a lot is different, it’s a cohesive album and it almost seems like a single long discourse, as the tracks are equally immersive and, as Vinicio says, "embracing." I’m eagerly waiting for your impressions. Thank you.

Wow, what a reflection! It really seems like you’ve hit the nail on the head with a feeling that many have experienced unconsciously, congratulations!
