I've always heard about this album but I've never had the chance (a friend who could lend it to me?!!???) to hear it...and I can't even find Music from Big Pink!

Van Halen Diver Down

The review is very good but personally I don't agree with it, I find Diver Down an enjoyable album of entertainment...a decent record, played with class...3.5

After the departure of Diamond Dave, I became quite disenchanted with the band; all I can think of is a lot (too much) melody and keyboards to spare from the Hagar era... among the best of Van Halen, I would absolutely mention "Women And Children First" and "Fair Warning," while "Diver Down" is a professional album but played with class.

I'm very interested; I know little about Tull and just yesterday I went to one of their concerts... the title track stuck with me, which I believe is also the only one from this album to be performed again.
