Apart from the King Crimson cover, which could have been skipped, the rest of the work is enjoyable with a bit of effort. These Shining guys are quite the jokers, but damn, they know how to do it. Healter Skelter (not the damn Beatles cover, okay) is worth the price of admission all on its own.

No, now move on to the mosques and Romani camps. It is rumored that he has been contacted by Borghezio and Gentilini.

flawless review for an important album. to say that Burzum is an overrated artist is simply an opinion. the objective truth is that he has been an artist who revolutionized a genre. whether one likes it or not is definitely legitimate. 4 seems like a fair score.

link rotto as you can read from The Cure's website, the live performance from '89 at Wembley Arena will be part of the triple CD "Disintegration (The 21st Anniversary Edition)", along with Disintegration of course and another CD of demos, instrumentals, and other collector's items. The live recording will feature 4 other songs never released before.

"Essentially a band for teenagers"??? What are you talking about? Maybe you've never seen a Cure concert, where a large part of the audience is over 40. And many of them still wear the standard black uniform and the unmistakable smudged lipstick :D

Impeccable review, and as for the album, I agree with everything even if I wouldn't have given it a 5. And as has happened with other Cure albums, I have the cassette, the vinyl, and the CD ;)
On the other hand, a live performance that I would dangerously approach a 5 would be "Trilogy - Live In Berlin" from 2002, a sumptuous staging of Smith and company’s three darkest albums: Pornography, Disintegration, and Bloodflowers.
