Really great review, I've followed the comic a little, I must say, just enough to understand that fundamentally I didn't like it. Let me explain, in PK there were many excellent things that were talked about brilliantly in the review, but one fundamental thing that I could never swallow was the complete distortion of the character of both Donald Duck and Paperinik, transformed into a sort of cool, self-ironic superhero that really appealed to the target audience you mentioned, forgetting that they were essentially creating a different character with few points in common with the original. In any case, it still gets a passing grade.
