Welcome back to the review, my friend!

You've made me reflect on something, actually. In the 00s, practically without the internet (I really started using it in 2007, more or less), I was very aware of what was (or wasn’t) happening musically. In these past 10 years, however, I have no idea what kind of musical "movement" there is. I mean, in the 00s, judge them as you like (for me, they were a wasted opportunity in the sense that of the many new bands that came out, almost none had a musical evolution worthy of the name, at least among those I followed), there were all these bands that tried to recover (or began to recover) what had happened in the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s, often without going much beyond a sterile revival, or just a little more (I repeat, I’m talking about the bands I followed, in some way), but what about now?

I didn't understand if it's a joke or serious, maybe it's a serious joke; in any case, a few years ago with Oasis on Che Tempo Che Fa, they reached heights that I don't know if can be surpassed with U2.

Well, very nice. I've expressed my opinion about him many times; I summarize by saying that I respect him (actually, I’ve never listened to his solo work) and his Dinosaur Jr., but they really never said much to me.

Type of review better known as "Point and period" :D from Traffic, I have Mr. Fantasy, I didn’t delve deeper.

an honest group, they don't even like themselves and they express it on the cover in perfect Facebook communication style

I don't know, I've never listened to them (unlike the Interpol, whose first album I adore, just like de Marga and Taurus, and I bought it together with the first one from the Libertines, which is also a great album) except for the chilling last single I heard on the radio, but I notice the discussion about the insidious established practice you're talking about, especially in bands from the 00s onwards.

I almost happened to be at one of their concerts in Rome (together with Ufomammut and another band, I think) at the Circolo degli artisti. I had never been a fan of this type of music, but they made quite an impression on me. Was it the beers? :D

The review is very nice, I can hardly listen to him and his band anymore, and the last two albums (the king of limbs and in rainbows) certainly didn't help, as I really didn't like them at all.
