Beautiful, it has a rather nocturnal and meditative mood, with various "oriental" aromas, obviously influenced by the place where it was recorded (a bit like Iceland was for "Blur" and Morocco for "Think Tank," here we have Hong Kong) while moving in various directions as usual and featuring great songs.

never heard of you, good review anyway, maybe I'll look for something from the previous ones

Beautiful, of their 90s albums, the best alongside "Piouhd," which may even be better. A nice mix of alternative-noise-pop-psychedelia-h ardcore-experimentation, always with a nice sarcastic grin stamped on their faces. From the 80s, my favorites are Psychic Powerless another man's sac and hairway to steven.

But it hasn't even been released yet, I imagine you've listened to the streaming. I'm waiting with my mouth watering for the (double) vinyl and CD I ordered when I found out it would be coming out. You could have added a bit more about the musical content, considering the importance of this release (twelve years since Think Tank!). In any case, good review. Oh, one clarification: theirs isn't a reunion; they've actually never broken up. Coxon left during the recordings of Think Tank and returned about five years later, but as a band, they've never disbanded.

One of the masterpieces with Sordi, I recently rewatched "Il Boom": F A N T A S T I C!

Very nice review, I watched the film one evening when I was particularly tired and honestly I don’t remember much.

Hi Dema, it’s a great pleasure to see one of your reviews on the homepage this morning. I could only read it now, it’s very beautiful, with some genius ideas (especially "pe(n)santi" and the circular structure).

Alright, but at least the correct title on the cover! It was "Concetta Licata - la sEga."

And instead, the review is interesting; who cares if there are many others about this album? Personally, I've never seen anything wrong with reviewing the same album multiple times. What's essential, however, is that it offers a perspective that is somehow different, and this review seems to do that—interestingly, in my opinion. The album, for me, even though it deserves a 5, is the one I like the least of the 4 concepts from the 70s. I wasn't aware of their constant "testing and editing" in the 2 years leading up to its release, and you’re probably right when you say that could be one of the reasons for its mega success.

Hi Lao, I'm checking in after listening to "This is hardcore," which is truly amazing, and that final chord as a conclusion (which surprised me quite a bit, really a unique way to end an album) of the endless album you mentioned, I found it liberating, like the calm after the storm, in a way, like the way out, really beautiful, both (different class and this is hardcore) are truly great records. Soon it will be the turn of this one.
