Each of us chooses the music that best suits our way of being and not vice versa! Here, one would like to make believe that extreme metal music enchants and seduces the damned metalheads, making them lose the taste for life and for a healthy romp. Mien has been crystal clear about these fears in his comm. n. 28, where he fears ending up like the metalheads! I mean, I understand that there are particularly suggestible people, but I don’t think it’s worth discussing. If a potential suicide or a depressed person has self-destructive thoughts, it certainly won't be because they listen to funeral doom.

I don't know! Personally, I am very attached to life despite the latest election results. I love metal for reasons I've already expressed related to its purely musical structure, and I notice that there is a strong tendency to judge it solely based on the surrounding antics. And frankly, I believe it will always be this way for centuries to come. Amen!
