I had been wanting to listen to them for a while. Thanks to this little page, I'm doing it now. The first impression is great.

I don't know the album, I have a few songs by the Chemical Brothers but I don't find them bad at all, actually.

Great review and excellent proposal. Speaking of beautiful proposals, I wanted to thank you for your first review of "Shell" by Naikaku; I went to look them up, and I must say they really rock.

Very beautiful and original, it's just a pity that it lacks memorable moments; otherwise, it would have been a masterpiece. Thank you for the excellent suggestions!

Yes, undoubtedly there are more difficult albums, but I couldn't quite grasp this one on the first listen as I usually do. The Moody Blues didn't drive me crazy either, "a na certa saccollano" :D, but they did have a couple of nice songs, come on. I also agree with what you say at the end, both the work of Arzachel and that of Caravan were a good bit ahead, and in that same year, albums like "Shooting At The Moon" (or the even better "Joy Of A Toy" from the year before) by that genius Kevin Ayers were being released, as well as little records like "Third" and "The End of an Ear", nothing exceptional, really :). P.S. Still, give Beggar's Opera a listen, they have few ideas but a great execution technique.

It seems I was about to miss one of the most beautiful and heartfelt writings that has come out recently about Deb. I must admit that the title of the film had kept me a bit at bay from this page. I don’t feel like giving a rating, but I want to congratulate you on this beautiful page... keep your spirits up.

Yesterday I was there listening to the first of the Beggar's Opera, incredulous of their endless pretentiousness and pomp (but still nice and very technical). Perhaps it’s precisely for this reason that I can't get too invested in this first work by Egg, which doesn’t drive me crazy but I don’t consider a bad album either. Like Psichopompe, I am against classical music thrown in carelessly (like in "Fugue In D Minore"), it gives me the impression (not always but often) of facing a work devoid of ideas, forced to cling to classical music due to a lack of alternatives. However, this is not an album that's easy to digest and the few listens I’ve had I don't think are sufficient. From the first side, I appreciated "They Laughed When I Sat" and little else; overall, I agree with Ole in preferring the suite Symphony No.2 from the second side over the first. 3.5
