What a shame to see so many people turning their backs on U2 today... Unfortunately, they asked for it a bit. They won over a large slice of teenagers but lost an equally large segment of those who truly love music. If they had stopped after "Passengers," they would have remained a great band forever. Now their image is inevitably compromised, but I hope that in the future people won't forget what they have done.

Gloria could also be a hit, but it has definitely been forgotten compared to their other songs that are much more famous and, above all, more beautiful. The title track is something fantastic, the best from their first two albums, but it doesn't really seem like a song for the charts.
