Brian May Back To The Light

You wrote a nice review. However, in my opinion, this CD is really bad. Bear with me. Bye.

In my area, we jokingly say: "còpate col gas"!! That is, kill yourself with gas!!!!! Ironically, of course.

Jon & Vangelis Private Collection
Voto:
I have never loved this project. Enjoyable, melodic, loaded, etc. etc. But nothing more, in my opinion. From a book, read quickly, about Yes, it seems that Vangelis's marriage with Anderson's band did not happen because of Howe. Who, according to his bandmates, has a terrible personality and was not fond of anyone who did not inspire him sympathy from the very first moment. He only tolerated Moraz, but then was very happy with Rick's return.
Mike Oldfield Live At Montreux 1981
Voto:
Interesting document. I saw Oldfield live at the Verona Arena - Discovery tour - where a certain Simon Phillips was performing on drums. The latter alone was worth the price of the ticket. Oldfield has many admirers and countless detractors. Personally, I stopped following him right after Five Miles Out, as he hadn’t been able to "move me," so to speak, for a long time. That concert in Verona, however, was very beautiful. Well played with total audience participation. Among chart-topping pop songs and other epic instrumental pieces, he managed to deliver a commendable show. So, to this day, I still have great respect for this artist. However, I reiterate, I haven’t followed him in many years.
Moby Hotel: Ambient
Voto:
I listened carefully to the CD Hotel. Frankly, it’s very bad. Silly and cliché. The Moby I appreciated I found on Animal Rights, I Like to Score, and Play. I won’t comment on the "ambient" CD because I’ve never listened to it. I often find this "double" set for € 9.90. I might consider it, but.........................
Mel Brooks L'ultima Follia (Silent Movie)
Voto:
What great memories. I saw it immediately, as soon as it hit theaters. What can I say... in its own way, genius. Maybe this was his last great film. Space Balls and the others that followed didn't impress me much. I found "To Be or Not to Be" charming. Thank you for reminding us of such a hilarious director/actor. One last thing: around the same time, I watched a movie with Martin Feldman titled "I'll Be Seeing You" and the Foreign Legion. Very charming. It's a pity that it has been forgotten for over 30 years and that no broadcaster has ever aired it. Have you ever seen it?
Kathryn Bigelow The Hurt Locker
Voto:
I’ve seen it twice. I consider it a good movie but nothing exceptional. The Oscar? A complete joke. Bigelow, in this case, is too overhyped.
Stomu Yamashta Go Live From Paris

Great. I didn't even know such a concert existed. So I will look into it. Go, even though I've never owned it, I remember it quite well (on vinyl) and maybe it's time to buy it.
Michael Mann L'Ultimo Dei Mohicani
Voto:
The film deserves a 3.5, which I round up. Not bad. Perhaps a bit wordy in some parts. The last 15 minutes of the film are truly engaging. Great settings and soundtrack.
