Colosseum Daughter Of Time
Voto:
I too occasionally leaf through the pages of some music dictionary. However, like you, I never let it influence me either positively or negatively. Of course, very often I read reviews that are crazy and ridiculous ratings. I agree with you about the Colosseum and this work.
Lou Reed Lou Reed Berlin Live at St. Anns Warehouse DVD

Congratulations. I can only add that I discovered the album Berlin late - in the late '70s -. Precisely because many of my friends always discouraged it. It goes without saying that, in my opinion, it sounds absolutely wonderful.
David Bowie Toy
Voto:
I was - and still am - a big fan of Bowie. Of course, I prefer the period from Hunky Dory to Scary Monsters. Then, between one nonsense and another, I appreciated 1.Outside, Earthling, and Buddha of Suburbia. I knew nothing about this work and its troubled genesis. So, thank you. You’re right that “critics” have always been divided on the Bowie phenomenon. A charlatan for some. A genius for others. Personally, I think Hunky Dory, Ziggy Stardust, Aladdin Sane, Low, and Heroes are all wonderful albums. Maybe he didn’t invent anything. Maybe he did. It doesn’t matter much to me. He was part of the soundtrack of my, alas, youth. And that’s enough for me. Bye.

I listened to some tracks from this album on YouTube. I must admit that I find it very intriguing. A lot.

..........and I won’t add anything else.
Radiohead The King Of Limbs

Currently, Radiohead are either hated or loved. There’s no alternative. For me, Kid A was their peak. But that’s just my humble opinion.
Van der Graaf Generator A Grounding In Numbers
Voto:
I haven't listened to the album yet. For what it's worth, it was reviewed and cut down by a journalist from Mucchio Selvaggio. I take note of it but I don't trust it. So at the first opportunity, I will buy this latest work by the Generatore.

Paolo Guzzanti Mignottocrazia

Unreliable character. Few ideas and very confused, as they say. Then, with this whole Putin story, he really broke the so-called!!!!!!
