It's the first album by Coil that I've listened to, and I'm somewhat underwhelmed; I wake up in the morning hoping it's a shitty day so I have a good excuse to listen to it. Now the journey through their discography begins.

In my opinion, in the Supernatural Cat house, the Morkobot have taken the lead and overtaken everyone for quite some time. I don’t know why, but after listening to Eve, I found myself unable to listen to Ufomammut anymore, not even the old albums I used to enjoy. It’s not that Eve is bad, but it comes across as a bit too calculated for my taste. Each time I considered giving it another shot, I ended up re-listening to Morbo, which is incredible. Even now. Let’s just say that the Morkobot, through sheer force, have awakened me. A so-so review; I prefer those for albums that I really like.
