Good review...incredible...I didn't even know that Zarrillo (yes, the one my mother likes) made progressive music...for goodness' sake...Zarrillo's songs may be awful, but he has a certain taste for words and lyrics.

the old RHCP, the ones from the golden years from '83 to '92... BSSM and Mother's Milk are the best of the peppers... this is funk in the style of Sly Stone and, indeed, Funkadelic... it's certainly not the best of the Red Hot but I like it... the best tracks on the album are the cover of Sly Stone's "If You Want Me to Stay" and "American Ghost Dance"... Let's Funk!
