Butthole Surfers Hairway to Steven

Great are the surfers of the anus, always liked... Oh God, the best is Psychic Powerless for me, but there are some gems in other albums of theirs too. Very funny review. Now something is slipping my mind, Who Was in my Room Last Night, which album is it from, Indipendent Worm Saloon?

I haven't seen the movie, but I've heard about it, and compared to the usual Marvel stuff, I've been told this one isn't bad. Good job, Grant, nice review.

Congratulations to the reviewer, a debut with a capital D, a concise and excellent review. I've never heard of them, but the cover intrigues me. Plus, you mentioned two magic words, jazz-rock and funk, and I think I'll give it a thought.

I definitely quote CarlMarx: is he silent or does he speak in Morse?

The songs that that brainless clako mentioned aren’t all to be avoided. I would save something from this fool, certainly not "In pieno Rock'n Roll" or "Lettere A G," but "Ti chiamerò Sam" or "Leggero," which are two tracks that actually have something to tell us. The point isn't the lyrics, because the rocker's works were good, at least textually speaking, mind you, pre-2000, but it's the style that is truly boring and monotonous. Name a Ligabue song that is completely different from another, and I’ll give you a globe. Sometimes more rock, sometimes more pop, but it always remains what it is, even if behind the words you put the Madonna. Regarding Starblazer, he mentioned the crappy part of Litfiba and didn’t mention masterpieces like Eroi nel vento, Oro Nero, Istambul, Apapaia, Lulu and Marlene, Guerra, La preda, Fata Morgana at all. Because Pelù and co. (but especially Pelù solo) have also made plenty of mistakes.

I didn't know you had become a fan of hardcore and punk. Anyway, the review brings back a nice topic from post-punk Italy, perhaps a bit biased (the title says it all), but definitely playfully biased. At least, I hope so. Congratulations on the writing.

I honestly don't know the album, they do, they've made some good stuff. The review doesn't convince me, the writing feels a bit predictable. However, the concept is there and it's expressed succinctly.

Great review, I really liked the historical background. I don’t know much about the album in question, except that the freak cover is absolutely stunning.
