Hello, Battlegods! Of course I'll drop by, I must have missed it, I've been a bit busy lately, my visits to the site have been quite sporadic.. and note the coincidence, we both came back to the site with a review on the same days without knowing it!! The spirit of Metal unites us :D!! Anyway, yes, "Scarlet Woman" is lethal, it keeps me glued to the listening every time!! I'm glad, it’s a piece we hadn't come across in a while.. STAND UP AND FIGHT!!

Hi, Battlegods!! Damn, sorry, I totally missed your review!! I'll give it a listen if I can find something around, because unfortunately I don’t know these guys..! The review flows so nicely, but after all you're now a veteran :) !! SEE YOU IN HELL!!

@DarkHaem: I would definitely say no, the SS stands for "Steve Sylvester" (=> Death SS = Death of Steve Sylvester), but it seems that in the '70s they played a bit with this fact.. anyway, no, they are not Nazis, tranky!..

@Psycroptic: well, the time with Paul Chain was definitely the best and unrepeatable in my opinion, there's no discussion about it! @Appestato Mantrico: yes, there's this legend, and there are even more beautiful ones, like the old Steve casting a curse on every record he records, so when you put it in the stereo, the curse is unleashed as well... all nonsense!

Has no one commented yet? Shame!! Very nice review, in my humble opinion.

I completely agree with your review, Hell, but I tend to evaluate this "Nostradamus" more positively... let’s say 3.5 (rounding up): the Judas blend their more classic style with the symphonic and experiment in various directions ("Death" almost sounds like a Doom song..). I agree that there are no significant tracks (aside from the title track), yet it remains an ambitious and challenging work... 3.5!!
