I love Exciter!!! However, I feel that this album shows a bit of a decline in songwriting, even though, for example, "Victims Of Sacrifice" is fantastic and songs like "Sudden Impact" just aren't found anymore today... 3.5 for the album, but I’d gladly round it up!
